To accomplish true change it is essential to be sure of what one as owner/leader wants. Based on that goal the challenge is then to implement the necessary changes in a trust worthy manner. During my years in the industry I have gathered a broad experience of what works and what doesn´t, something that I now wish to share with other companies/organizations. Besides taking on specific assignments within the fields of environmental issues and energy efficiency I’m consequently also available as:
– ”Sounding board” for private companies/public works that need to/are facing change
– Strategic advisor for business development
– Temporary staff reinforcement/”Manager to hire”
My way of working is characterized by striving to reach a comprehensive view. I’m convinced that the root to success is to base one´s decisions on a broad spectrum of input.
